The Simon family is leaving Culvers on a cold, snowy evening. Daddy is clearing off the van. Abigail and Alexander left their gloves and hats at home.

So the Buckeyes find themselves in the Bowl Championship Series title game against LSU, despite not having played in two weeks. They’ll go nearly 45 days between games. What a mess. Tell me again why we can’t have a playoff like every other division in college football?
